Human interaction is one of the most valuable parts of the 7 Brew experience. The energy. The positivity. The crew that remembers your order, hypes up your day, and makes a coffee run feel personal. As 7 Brew continues to grow, there’s an opportunity to ensure that same local energy and human connection continues to scale alongside it.

Our Approach

We explored ways technology could amplify what already makes 7 Brew special. The goal wasn’t to reinvent the experience. It was to preserve and extend the moments customers already love: - positivity - crew personality - local stand culture - emotional connection - human interaction We intentionally designed concepts that feel lightweight, warm, and community-driven, helping digital feel more like an extension of the stand experience itself.

Shortly after a customer visits a stand, they receive a simple, feel-good prompt inviting them to send their Brew Crew a quick shoutout. Not a review. Not a survey. Just a fast, positive interaction designed to celebrate the team behind the experience.

Customers can tap fun, emoji-filled prompts that reflect what made their experience memorable. The experience is intentionally lightweight and team-focused, reinforcing the collaborative nature of the Brew Crew culture.

After sending a shoutout, customers are brought into a more human side of the stand experience. This includes highlighting crew members’ favorite drink recipes, current crew playlists, community efforts, and top shoutouts.
